Matt Butcher – Owner/Broker

Matt graduated from Mineral Wells High School, attended the University of North Texas as well as the University of Texas-Austin prior to spending six years in the US Air Force. Matt entered the world of Real Estate as a salesperson in 1996, acquired Century 21, Properties Unlimited in 1998, received his Brokers License in 2004 and opened the independent Brokerage of Keys4Texas.com in 2014. Keys4Texas.com represents the leading edge of “on-line” real estate service in the State.

Matt is married to Michelle Garcia and they are raising three children in Mineral Wells. Matt is a regular tennis player, a member of the Brazos River Gun & Archery Club and is a strong supporter of the U.S. Constitution.

Matt is very involved in the community including City of Mineral Wells Board of Adjustments, Mineral Wells Senior Center Board of Directors, Hope Inc. Board of Directors, Mineral Wells Noon Lions Club, the Mineral Wells Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, and the Mineral Wells Industrial Foundation .
